I see so many fabulous works,
with them centered in the middle of vast amounts of white!
so much detail is lost that way!
I LOVE when the mug is totally covered!
whether it is tiled or a huge slice!
All that empty ground minimizes the work of the artist!
I DO THIS IN PHOTO FILTRE-
WHICH IS A FREEWARE(?) PHOTO EDITING PROGRAM.
I SUPPOSE IT CAN BE DONE IN ANY TYPE OF PHOTO EDITING PROGRAM.
ALSO- DON'T FORGET-IN SUBMITTING FOR PRINTS,
# IT MUST BE A JPG. AND NOT A PNG.!
# IN RESIZING IMAGES,
REDUCTION IN SIZE FROM THE ORIGINAL RENDER-
MAKES FOR A BETTER QUALITY PRINT
RATHER THAN INCREASING FROM A THUMBNAIL SIZE!
AND IF YOU INCLUDE A SIG OR FRAME?
# WHEN SUBMITTING YOUR PRINT,
CLICK ON THE EDIT IMAGE BUTTON:
THEN WHILE IN THE POP UP EDITING WINDOW-
CHOOSE SHOW THE PRINT BLEED,
AND RESIZE ACCORDINGLY.
OTHERWISE,
YOUR SIGS AND FRAMES WILL GET CUT OFF!
I HOPE THIS HELPS SOMEONE!
any feedback at all is appreciated!
on this tut, and/or on my personal mug layouts!
I do realize that the whole mug being covered concept,
is a personal preference!
